Getting here
If you are planning a trip from the UK to just this part of Sweden the easiest and cheapest way is to fly with Norwegian. Norwegian runs regular direct flights from Gatwick to Vaernas (near Trondhiem). The flight takes approximately 2 1/2 hours and return tickets cost from approximately 100 euros. The 170km journey from Vaernas to Vallbo is not quite so straight forward. The easiest option is to contact us for transport. By car the journey takes approximately 2 hrs.
If you are trying to make it here by yourselves the train station of Hell is not far from the airport and Nabo currently run trains twice a day from here to Undersåker. The journey time is approximately 2 hrs. Don’t forget to get the obligatory photograph next to the station platform sign to send home to friends! If you are already in Sweden and wish to join us for some outdoor activities in this fabulous part of Sweden there are daily trains from Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmo to Undersåker. You may sometimes be required to change train in Östersund. For up to date train times go to www.sj.se
